International Purchases

  • The cost of International Shipping will be quoted apart from the purchase price of the products and must be paid by the customer completely before shipment.

Cancellation and Return Policy:

  • Return Period: Customers can request a return within 30 days from the date of purchase.
    Eligibility Conditions: To be eligible for a return, the product must be in its original condition, unused, and with all original labels and packaging.
    When requesting a return, you must indicate the reason for the return. The item(s) must be sent back to the company by mail. Once the returned item(s) arrive and their condition is reviewed, a refund will be processed if applicable.

    Change of Size: If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, no processing fee will be applied. However, the shipping cost for returning the original item and sending the replacement will be the customer’s responsibility.
    General Returns: If you return the merchandise (either all or part of your order) for any reason other than a size change, a 4.5% fee will be applied to cover PayPal’s transaction processing fees.
    Shipping Costs: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, both for size exchanges and general returns.
    Cancellation Policy: If you decide to cancel your uniform order, a 4.5% fee will be applied to the total purchase amount to cover PayPal’s transaction fee.
    Processing Time: Once the returned item(s) are received and reviewed, the company will process the refund within 3 days, provided the item(s) are in perfect condition.
